Jim Van Horn began his Real Estate career in 1974; first as an Agent, then an Office Manager. In 1978 Jim became a trainer and consultant for the South Texas and
Louisiana region of a Real Estate franchise based in
Irvine, Ca. In 1985 he joined the ranks
of the Texas regional franchise of a Denver based Real Estate organization.
Two years later, Jim formed his own Real Estate training and consulting company, "Jim Van Horn and Associates." Over the years, for the Denver franchise, Jim also served as the Regional Director of two different regions, the New England Region and the Southwest Region for the states of Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico.

From 1985 through 1999, throughout the United States and Canada, Jim coached and trained more (Denver franchise) Office Owners and Managers in their offices on the topic of Recruiting than any other person.
More recently, Jim has worked almost exclusively in
Europe and the Middle East. During the past ten years, he has trained more Regional Owners, Office Owners and Associates in more
countries in Europe than anyone else.
